Description: Moms Recipes Cannelloni is a fun and education cooking game on how to cook a Cannelloni, a cylindrical type of lasagna generally served baked with a filling and covered by a sauce in Italian cuisine. Firstly, prepare a bechamel sauce in a medium heated saucepan. Add butter cubes and flour and mix together well. Cook for 2 minutes and add milk, salt and cook until sauce becomes thick and set it aside in medium bowl. Prepare a Cannelloni Filling in a heated frying pan by adding olive oil, minced onion, ground veal and cook them until meat is browned. Transfer it into large bowl and add ground mortadella, minced prosciutto, steamed spinach, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oregano and mix together well. Assemble Canneloni into layers of pasta sheet containing cannelloni filling and place them into baking pan. Add tomato sauce and spread grated parmesan cheese on top and bake at 450 degrees. Serve Cannelloni with chopped parsley on the top!
